Initial Consultation Let’s talk about your vision, goals, and land
Every custom home begins with a conversation. In your free consultation, we’ll learn more about you, your property (or where you’re hoping to build), and what you’re looking for in a home. We’ll answer your questions, talk through the pros and cons of different construction approaches—including ICF—and discuss realistic timelines and budgets.
Site Visit & Feasibility Understanding your land means fewer surprises later
If you already own land, we’ll visit your site to assess access, slopes, utilities, setbacks, and other critical details that impact your build. If you’re still deciding on a location, we can help you evaluate options. This step helps us—and you—plan more accurately and avoid delays later in the process.

Design & Planning Collaborating with the right team to design your home
Whether you’re bringing your own architect or starting from scratch, this is where your ideas begin to take shape. We work closely with design partners (or yours) to create a custom floor plan that fits your lifestyle, lot, and long-term needs. We'll also begin material selections and review systems like ICF if you're considering energy-efficient construction.

Building Your Home From foundation to finishes, you’re part of the process
This is where it all comes to life. You’ll see progress on-site, stay in the loop with regular updates, and make finish selections along the way. We keep the job site clean, communicate often, and make sure decisions stay aligned with your goals, not just a timeline.
Final Walk-Through Your home is ready—built with care, and built to last
Once construction is complete, we’ll walk through the home together, create a punch list if needed, and make sure every detail is ready for move-in. We don’t disappear after the keys are handed over—we’re here if you have questions, need adjustments, or want to talk about future projects.
